Long day!

I had a super bad day today…. didn’t get a lunch at work, had an employee blow up at me (cried), no parking at my apartment, fell on some ice. Instead of eating the entire kitchen, or drinking all the wine, i went to the gym.

I’ve started watching a youtube playlist while working out to help keep me going. It has songs that are great to work out to, as well as ones that have ladies with fit bodies.

The youtube playlist is an awesome way to keep you entertained and on track at the gym. I went 6 days this week!!!

My first WIW back.

I’m waiting until next week. So next Wednesday I will post my first WIW!!!

I did hit the gym today and yesterday. Also. I’ve identified that it is boredom that makes me binge and over eat.

Can’t wait for this journey!
